There is no predefined menu, but rather the freedom to compose in tune with nature, at the moment when the produce is at its most aromatic.

Built on a foundation of wonderful discoveries, love stories, hidden gems brimming with character, as well as new and established labels, the wine list offers a wealth of fine vintages, from Burgundy to the Rhone Valley, Alsace to the Jura, Corsica to Provence, and the Loire Valley to Languedoc-Roussillon.
With its roots firmly embedded in Savoie soil, the wine list is a showcase for local grape varieties and their impassioned winemakers - the new architects of the identity of Savoie wines.
